Remember now, this is only a small part of what Natalie Portman did to get in shape for the movie, doing this workout alone will certainly be better than not working out, but you have to do a lot more to get those kinds of results, assuming you want them.

Crossovers Stomach Crunch: Lie on your left side and bend your knees. Clasp your hands behind your head to hold it lightly. Your left elbow will be near the floor, and your right elbow will point upward. Lift your torso, and try to touch your left elbow to your right hip. Slowly lower and repeat. Perform the same number of reps on the other side.
Another ab exercise that I should start doing!
Hip Lift: Lie on your back, arms to your sides, palms down. Raise your legs so that the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling; your legs should be perpendicular to your torso. Lift your hips off the floor, upward toward the ceiling. Make sure you’re lifting with your abs, not by pressing downward on your hands; your hands are there simply to keep you balanced. Captain’s Chair: This exercise is named after a particular type of gym equipment. Sit on the edge of a plain, sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor. Sit up straight, elongating your spine. Grasp the seat of the chair on either side of your hips. Exhale and slowly bring your knees to your chest, trying not to arch your lower back. Hold for two seconds. Slowly lower your legs and inhale....
